Welcome to the
Healthy Oregon Project

The Healthy Oregon Project (HOP) is led by OHSU researchers to learn about the
health of people in and around Oregon. Our goal is to empower innovative research by utilizing real-world data to close gaps in disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment— all while advancing health for all Oregonians and beyond.

HOP has more than 50,000 Oregonian participants who represent each county of the state. Thousands have received a variety of personalized health information through surveys.
